180 - Howick Baptist's Youth Ministries
When:
180 Youth - Friday nights, 7:30-9:45 pm
The goal of the Friday night event is primarily to be a context for healthy, enjoyable social interaction for youth of the church and their friends, and a place where the truth of the Bible is communicated in a simple and clear way. It is designed to be a first point of entry for newcomers to the church/faith, as well as an end of the week, spiritually directed social opportunity for the youth in the church.

180 Homegroup - Monday nights, 6-8 pm
The homegroup is designed particularly for the spiritual sustenance and growth of the youth of 180 that want to live out their faith. It consists of fellowship, a deeper look into Scripture, prayer, and guided spiritual discussion. It is also a place for non-Christian youth of the church to be confronted with truth and encouraged towards faith, along with any youth who come to Friday night 180 and are interested in learning more.

Why:
The purpose of 180 is to assist the Christian parents of teenagers at HBC in equipping and evangelizing their youth, along with helping Christian youth to live out their faith in their unique context, and to reach their peers with the Gospel. 180 also exists to be a lighthouse to the youth of the community, a point of entry into the Christian faith.
